Employee Availability Functionality

If you have temporary staff on flexible working patterns or zero hour contracts then Chronicle supports 'shift availability'. It is now very easy for employees or contractors, via the app to let management and the rostering team know their availability in the coming weeks or months.. Perfect for service industries such as restaurants, bars, care homes, cleaning companies, construction businesses etc.

Step 1

Employee mark what days they are willing to work this week/fortnight/month etc

Step 2

Manager can see availability in Scheduling Screen

Step 3

Manager can schedule a shift - leave the employee notes with instructions. Plus the employee gets an email to confirm a shift has been booked.
